Do's and Don'ts

I can draw almost anything anime/chibi and other stuff within those realms (NSFW is also welcome ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)).Don'ts:

    >> Realism/Hyperrealism (characters/backgrounds)These are all the DON'TS that I can think of as of now, you can DM me first just to be sure

Process

After filling out the form, please send me a DM on any of my socials to notify me of your order and to further discuss details such as pricing.

DMs on any of my accounts are also very welcome for ordering commissions or if you have any additional requests and questions (～￣▽￣)～I will give frequent updates on the progress of the artwork.Estimated time of finishing commissions is usually 2 weeks at most (will vary depending on complexity and revisions).

PAYMENTS

>> Clients who opt out of VGen will have to abide by the payment terms below
>> Payments are through PayPal invoices only
>> Payments are USD only
>> 50% deposit after sketch is approved then the remaining 50% is after the full illustration is completed.

REVISIONS

>> Minor revisions during the process is allowed (color change, slight pose adjustments, etc.)
>> Additional charges for major revisions will be required (pose changes, angle/view changes, etc.)
>> Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

>> Work completion requires 1 week minimum, and may take up to 1-2 months depending on each project.
>> Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
>> I will provide the final deliverables via email in your preferred file type (jpg, png, svg, etc.).
>> You will be informed if there are any delays and adjustments to timeline. Both parties will have to agree upon these amendments in order to be settled.

PROPERTY RIGHTS & USE

>> I, the Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights. This includes social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e., Twitch) and more.
>> Personal use rights covers display on social media and/or personal spaces that has no direct monetization or sales involved.
>> Personal, Monetized, and Commercial licensed Clients must not claim the Work as their own and must credit me using my social tag/username/link.
>> Usage of Work for AI tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

REFUNDS

>> No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by me.
>> The Client may be eligible for a full refund if I am not able to deliver the work within the agreed upon timeline.

COMMUNICATION

>> Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.
>> I will do my best to respond as soon as I can throughout the process.
